Sentinel Island Lighthouse in Alaska, constructed in 1902, was very unusual in that it used a Carl Leick jerkinhead dwelling design, but had a square lighthouse tower attached to the middle front of the building, dividing the two halves equally, as shown in this 1915 photo.
