The crowds begin to line up to climb the tower at Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse, NH. Although it was dreary and drizzly day, several hundred people took the opportunity to climb to the top of enjoy the spectacular view of Portsmouth Harbor and Fort Constitution. The tower, now licensed by the Coast Guard to the American Lighthouse Foundation and taken care of by the Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse, was opened in honor of Connie Small’s 100th birthday.
