The Huntington Harbor Lighthouse in Long Island Sound was built in 1912 to replace the Lloyd Harbor Lighthouse that no longer stands. The privy appears to be larger than privies at other offshore lighthouse. Automated in 1949 the lighthouse is now cared for by the Huntington Harbor Lighthouse Preservation Society, which offers tours to the structure. But, where’s the privy now?
