Notes:
In 1974, the 1905 lighthouse was slated to be destroyed to make way for construction of a new wharf. Instead, it was decided it would be moved to a new location. While it was being moved, it fell and smashed to pieces.

Tower Height: 53

Height of Focal Plane: 63

Characteristic and Range: One white flash every 7.5 seconds; visible for 13 nautical miles (1938).

Description of Tower: 1886: White square tower. 1905: White, octagonal wooden tower with a red iron lantern.

This light is not operational

Date Established: 1886

Date Deactivated: 1974

Current Use: Destroyed.
