Location: Atlantic coast, southern Morocco, about 35 miles north of Tan-Tan.

Notes:
The Cap Draa area is currently the center of an offshore oil exploration program. The lighthouse, located near the mouth of Oued Draa (Draa River), appears to have been built very recently, as it was not listed in 1999.

Tower Height: 98

Height of Focal Plane: 279

Characteristic and Range: Two white flashes every 10 seconds, visible for 25 nautical miles.

Description of Tower: White metal pylon with black bands.

This light is operational

Date Established: c. 2000

Date Present Tower Built: c. 2000

Current Use: Active aid to navigation.
