Yacht Club Wants Angels Gate Restored

The Los Angeles Yacht Club wants California's Los Angeles Harbor Lighthouse, which is also referred to as the Angels Gate Lighthouse, restored.

The Yacht Club is spearheading a movement to acquire money from the Los Angels Port's Aesthetic Mitigation Fund to pay for the necessary restoration.

According to the web site of the private member yacht club the restoration of the lighthouse will cost anywhere from $1.5 to $2 million dollars.
