The beautifully restored Borden Flats Lighthouse in Fall River Massachusetts is now for sale.
In 2010 Nick Korstad purchased the dilapidated caisson style lighthouse that sits out in the Mount Hope Bay at the mouth of the Taunton River. He paid $56,000 for it at a government auction.
Nick Korstad then spent years restoring it and adding a bathroom and kitchen and finally opened it as a now successful bed and breakfast.
The property is being sold by Lindsey Leviss of Salt Marsh Realty in Swansea, Massachusetts for $389,000.
